What's up with Sunday??

What is it about Sundays? Every other day of the week I wake up at 6:30am and jump right out of bed. Now, any earlier and I’m in trouble. But on Sundays I cannot seem to wake up before 7:30am. Then, I am tired for the rest of the day. All I want to do after church and lunch is go to sleep. Is this because Sunday is the day of rest?? Probably not. So why is it? Last night I was in bed by 11:00pm, not too bad by my standards. Then I woke up at 6:00am, and felt good. Then went back to sleep. Woke up at 6:30am, felt ok. Then went back to sleep. Woke up at 6:45am, felt ok. Then went back to sleep. Woke up at 7:30am, exhausted and running late. Can you explain this to me?? Or, can you relate? Wish me luck next Sunday, I already have my alarm set! (not really) Have a good rest of your weekend.

At least you get up for class. I usually can't even do that.

Here's my explanation on why we are so tired on Sundays. I think we are just as tired every other day of the week. Sundays however, bring the opportunity to slow down. Once that happens all of the tired that we have been feeling all week catches up to us and hits us like a ton of bricks.

Solution - Try and slow down a little bit more during the week so that it does not hit us all at once on Sundays.

I was on the road to Ft. Worth by 7:30 this Sunday. I actually got up at 6:30 to get some things together for our day. I would attribute this to excitement, but then again I am excited to go to Church every Sunday too. I will say that Sherry is my bad influence for late sleeping. Although, most of my late sleeping does come during the week instead of the weekend.
